North-Central Region Career Session

One amongst the many challenges that affects 60% of girls in Plateau (aside from access to quality education) is access to career guidance and mentorship. Supporting young girls to be the authors of their own stories requires effort from every corner of the society and individuals.

There's a constant need for them to be reminded of their roles and untapped potential, and it is for this reason that the Kate Tales Foundation North Central Region organized a Career Mentorship Program to equip and educate young girls on their various careers pursuit.

Facilitated by North Central Coordinator; Haruna Ibrahim, the program guided and paired girls with mentors for further coaching beyond the session.
